Seeing the work actually being done here, it gives me a lot more confidence in terms of how this is going to shape in the very near future...The plans that they have shown, the pictures, they very much match with what the construction work is showing me at the moment... This is going to stand as a great place, which I'm really looking forward to... The groundwork that's taking place has given me a lot more confidence... It's not just something on paper; it's all being transformed in reality. It's very promising, and I'm quite happy that I have made this journey here.
