We bought the apartment on the third floor way back in 2022...I'm impressed with the work that's been carried out so far. It's extremely to a very high standard, what was shown in the brochure. It's a carbon copy. Hopefully, when it's finished, it will look amazingly different. We're quite pleased with it so far.

One Canal Road really is one of the most exclusive addresses in Pakistan and in Lahore, should I say. Top level of work! They've got a pool, a cinema, top-level concierge. What we saw in the brochure is exactly what we see here today. Level to level, it's the same, and it's a really great place to come to visit. The project will go ahead and it's looking very well and it's coming along very nicely.

All the local and international investors are running after this project (One Canal Road). It is centred right on the Canal Road, and this is the new Lahore. You can see Gaddafi stadium right behind, as they’re building a whole new central business district with all the high-rise buildings… You also see the old city of Lahore, the theme of the Lahore which was created before. So we are right in the middle of the old and the new traditions of this rich culture.

Hats off to you guys, I think Zeeshaan Shah and Aqib Hassan are doing great work! Especially the fact that they’ve completed the grey structure in a year. This is very important for us as overseas Pakistanis because people commit, but don’t always deliver, but One Homes is very efficient. It’s just a matter of time till completion.

We decided to buy One Canal Road, and there were several reasons: one, security-wise, this was probably one of the best projects in Lahore, and I knew my investment would be safe with the company. For my family, this will serve a holiday purpose, we’re not going to stay here permanently, but the family will visit. I wanted to make sure that when they go on a holiday, they’ll have a place for secure living

First of all, I am so happy One Homes started this! I’ve never seen a development like this in Lahore, which is so central. When I came and saw it I loved the location, right on Canal Road which was beyond anything I could have expected. I also loved how all the amenities are on-site, including a restaurant, and a kids’ play area where we can leave our kids. We are so excited to live here, in Lahore’s most prime location.

Now, I am standing at the rooftop of the building, looking at the view and all around; I am so excited to be here... I am really impressed how the work is going on; can't wait till the project is finished and this is very exciting for me to be here... I am here in my penthouse... and I'm really excited...the location of this unit, the view, I'm so happy and the work going on is really amazing...
