In DHA Lahore, the average plot price stands at PKR 11 million, marking a 955% increase since December 2010. Bahria Town Lahore's average plot price is PKR 14 million, showing a 763% increase since January 2010. Askari Lahore's average plot price is PKR 35 million, reflecting a 240% increase since Jan 2016
