One Serene Residences is a tailor-made development for overseas Pakistanis, blending the best of an international resort with a residential lifestyle, and located at the heart of Islamabad.

One Homes has already collaborated with an array of world-leading partners on the groundbreaking development, including UAE’s leading group, AYANA Holding, as a strategic development partner, VX Studio as the lead design consultant, and OPAAL as the interior designer.

Under this partnership, VERSACE Ceramics by Gardenia Orchidea, the haute couture of ceramics, has been selected for the floor and wall finishings for One Serene Residences due to their superior quality of materials and design. VERSACE has served as the ceramic of choice for numerous high-end private homes, as well as royal residences and hotels across the world.

The exquisite materials of the brand will feature in the communal and living spaces at One Serene Residences, the first-of-its-kind resort-style living destination in Islamabad, and will perfectly complement the project’s opulent design, creating an astounding effect.
