- Meeting and greeting clients, including high-profile and UHNIs.
- Booking flights, hotels, and event venues.
- Performing general administrative duties.
- Occasionally traveling to our other international offices and events.
- Excellent communicator.
- Impeccable professional manners and presentation.
- At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
